Casey Stoner on Ducati wins the 10th race in this season on the Malaysian GP circuit. The podium is completed by Marco Melandri (2nd)  and Dani Pedrosa on Honda (3rd). Valentino Rossi on Yamaha finished 5th.

Pole position of Malaysian Gp for Dani Pedrosa on Honda, second place for the world champion Casey Stoner.

Randy De Puniet on Kawasaki ended the free pratice in first position, and is followed by Casey Stoner  and the next Ducatist Marco Melandri. Valentino Rossi finished in 16th position.

Casey Stoner wins the home GP on Philip Island circuit. Second place for the second Ducati of Loris Capirossi and 3rd place for Valentino Rossi on Yamaha.
